With the app "The Reader in AR - The Little Prince" we want to bring the imagination-stimulating reading of books into our modern world and at the same time decouple it from space and time.The proverbial grandmother is not always available when the child would like to have a book read to him, but the parents understandably do not want to let the child be entertained by television or videos.This is where the augmented reality app “The Reader in AR - The Little Prince” comes into play.The room is recorded using the video function on a smartphone or tablet (its best to start by holding the cell phone at chest height, of course, at a slight angle towards the floor so that the perspective fits well) and the reader and interesting 3D objects are immediately projected into the room. and can - just like in real life - be admired and viewed from all sides.
